It’s only raspberry!

Looks like a murder scene I know! This wouldn’t get marks for presentation. The raspberry glut led to raspberries and fruit with raspberry coulis for lunch ...and vegan raspberry ‘ice cream’ for dinner having had a brainwave and unearthed the ice cream maker from the back of the never used gadget cupboard.
Overnight another million raspberries will have ripened though and the raspberry challenge will start afresh! Any creative suggestions welcome!
