Last Supper
My last meal of 2012 was noteworthy.
Sturgeon caviar, fresh East Coast oysters (Pickle Point, Cape Breton, and one other whose name escapes me at the moment), foie gras, and a bison filet -- all at Boulevardier in Bishop Arts.
Next stop: Rise No.1 for soufflés. (!!!!!!) Catherine ordered the duck à l'orange soufflé, Kendall the Gran Marnier soufflé, Caleb the Bread Pudding soufflé, and I enjoyed the chocolate that is pictured above.
I'm very happy to say that chocolate soufflé was the last bite I ate in 2012.
