My brother has sold and bought houses in the East Neuk of Fife within days of them on the market. Jings, it is buoyant. The photo isn't the one he bought but I tell you what it's not far off. I'll blip it when we get up for a viewing. Next weekend is Bowmore market and the Pittenweem art fest so hopefully get a look then. You get a lot more house when you don't semi-retire at fifty like me! Good on him.
