Relaxing for some !

A busy day.

I had a physio appointment during which a very skilled young man realigned two of my ribs and banished the pain in my back. Job well done!!

Home via the Bike shop at Doddington Hall for coffee and cake. A socialising session for Amber.

Over to R’s for dinner and to do a few jobs. I did some weeding and helped B hang some pictures, whilst Amber investigated the sighting of frogs in the garden .......ugh!!!
