Curly Whirly

I was thrilled to have a visit from this lovely Hummingbird Hawk moth to the garden but a bit niggled that the sun went in just as it arrived meaning  there wasn't enough light to set the camera to the fast speed required to freeze the wing action...….so blurry wings it is then but it looks better large for some reason :-) ( another shot in extras).

An early blip today because I have to go for a scan a bit later this afternoon.…...I'm not looking forward to it but I am looking forward to being able to eat again as I've had to starve myself prior to having it...…..It's amazing how hungry you get when you know you can't eat!!  ;-))
