A day off work meant I could head over to help our wonderful ‘cook’ prepare food for the masses @ our Connect Camp :-)

My 1st job was to make 24 cans of tuna into tuna mayonnaise filling for baked potatoes! Then it was peeling 6 bags of onions for the spaghetti Bolognese pasta dinner!

The funniest job was making upside down pineapple cake for 130 - she still doesn’t realise that I don’t ‘do’ cakes as Little Miss bakes them here!!
Oh well - I got a message to say that everything went down very well :-D
