Back To Normal

Clare is back to work today, the laundry basket is overflowing, the refrigerator is empty and the Hoover is where I left it two weeks ago.
The car is in the same place outside with the battery so flat I cannot get a flicker of an output.
A friend, Jon, came up so I could ‘jump’ start the car and we went off shopping via a ten mile run to put some charge in the battery.
We left the car running outside for three hours and that eventually put some charge in the battery.
Still tired, still unpacking.
