Kefir

I discovered this product a little over 2 years ago and love it. If you have not yet tried Kefir, you are in for a treat. 

Kefir is a fermented milk drink developed in the northern Caucasus Mountains. It is traditionally made using cow's milk or goat's milk, and adding kefir grains to the milk. These are not cereal grains, but grain-like colonies of yeast and lactic acid bacteria. It tastes and looks a bit like a thick liquid yoghurt.
