If.....

....it's Wednesday, it must be Yoga, and if it's the last Wednesday of the month, it's also Bird Watch Walk at Castle Espie. I dropped N. off at Castle Espie, went to Yoga, then went back again and joined the group for the last half hour of the bird watching. I missed the excitement of seeing the Kingfisher - we've been looking out for that for the last 18 months - but did see this lovely egret.
All in all, a great day - and the sun is shining!
