This is Nanna at the 1938 Ashburton Carnival in Devon, UK.

Nanna want to give this beautiful hand tinted sepia photograph to Ashburton museum. Grampy, grumpily, says they won't want it, but I think it's art. It captures a more innocent age of rural  existence, when communities worked together and cared for each other.
