Stratford Upon Avon

Chris and I headed to Stratford this morning as I received a voucher from Dan on Mother's day for afternoon tea and a river cruise. We were so lucky with the weather and had a beautiful day. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the cakes and we loved the river cruise. Afterwards we wandered over the bridge and up the side of the Avon looking for the butterfly farm which we'd visited about 10 years ago and I love. We had difficulty finding it as Stratford has changed a lot but when we did we enjoyed the hundreds of stunning butterflies that fluttered past us. My favourites were a bright blue colour but they didn't settle long enough to take a photo of. A really enjoyable day out and a great idea for a gift. Thanks Dan. Xx
