Eeek!

These stormy clouds wrapped around Banks Peninsula and the Port Hills just as I left work for the bus stop. The bus arrived just before the rain did :-)

I've had an excellent and productive day at work. Sometimes things just go well.

Today was a taste of winter with a real fair dinkum (as my Australian Nana would say) sou'westerly bringing rain, snow for higher places, and freezing wind.

My lower back and pelvis feel good today. My upper back and shoulders still have a way to go.

Today's gratitude: For extra warm socks. They worked a treat
