And then there were two...

Two days ago Jan made three jars of lemon curd and some oatcakes. Well, we had to try them out didn't we, to make sure they all tasted good, and they did, so we had another...
Today Jan made more oatcakes and we noticed there wasn't much lemon curd left in that jar, so it seemed right and good to finish it off, so we did.
We also did some admin today, booked a couple of hotel nights for our Italian trip and I went to finish off fixing the replacement cooker in the Red House.  With jobs like that the last 10% of the work takes about 60% of the time but it's in place now.
I started some sourdough bread going too. With a bit of luck it'll be baked tomorrow.
Not a very exciting day, and I didn't take any photos, but that lemon curd did taste good!
