Breakfast On Our Butterfly Terrace

It is still hot this evening. From my outside writing place I can see the last rosa red glow on the Harbour Mansions of Carlsheaven. No cooling breeze comes down to ventilate my sleepy thoughts. This afternoon it really was not possible to remain outside. Tomorrow will bring some cloudy weather lowering temperatures. You know I love the outdoor summer life. But this heat is killing your creativity.
Though, the fresh start this morning had been very promising. After a short clean&dressing up round,
I sipped my tea in the first sunrays. Its on the upper part of our driveway, from where you have this nearby view over our river town.
Meanwhile She was awake too and some time later she joined me for a morning espresso. Can you imagine? sitting together in the morning sun.
Talking about the things to do, the arrangement and organizing of our Vienna-trip in Oktober. The scenery being more Mediterranian or Italian - Bellagio or Venice - surrounded by the purples of our Budleya, steadily growing and attracting some butterflyes already. I was pointed out by Her that at my right hand side, the buts were covered by a multitude of tiny light green aliens. The name of which I have forgotten again. But never mind, I felt completely enjoying our splendid entourage. It really deserves its new name: Butterfly Terrace. Which is the name of our Venetian B&B in Dorsodouro. We are making plans to stay there again next spring. The difference between there and here being just this Splendid Terrace & Butterflies, visiting our Budleia. But who cares. There you have a "real Italian balcony". And the Butterflies looking for some fresh green-yellow Mimosas? You will find them both here and there: of course that's Her&Me having espresso or tea.
