Emergency on Planet Earth

WFH today and it's a tad manic!

I dropped L off at G&G's in the morning.

Did pop out at lunchtime for my Tuesday HIIT class which I've hardly been to recently due to work and holidays.

Tough session.

MrsT and I wet out for a 6.2km run after work whilst L I at gymnastics.

MrsT's Auntie M and cousin V were up visiting along V'a 3 kids. They were staying up at the caravan in Killin.

My iPhone looks to have died! Aargh!
