The sun in its filament

Sorry! The weather forecast had looked so promising for not blipping - clouds and rain to follow. Then I noticed a glow at the windows so it was straight out with the dogs on the hill to catch the sun peeking over the horizon. There's nothing much to set off the sun rise on the hill, but I do like playing with the street lamps. I've decided to run monochrome on Smugmug.

Perhaps I'll break the habit tomorrow. Doctor this afternoon. That'll be a waste of time. Book plotting for rest of day and another assault on the agents. That'll be a waste of time too. The sun rise lasted all of 10 minutes. Here it is already clouding over. Time for another cup of tea.
