8th birthday

C boy turned 8 today - what a whirlwind on the first day of the holidays.

He was very lucky getting a new bike ride which he had to try out before we headed straight off to Legoland for the day - on the hottest day of the year.

It was a scorcher! We managed, just - queuing, picnicking, thrill riding and getting thankfully v wet on some of the rides. Excellent day, ending up in the splash park when we were wilting!
