Visit needed from the plumber that is. Apparently this is the photo I should have sent them. For some reason we have a very complicated set up and the handle is built into the flushing mechanism. Not your average ball cock thats for sure.

Other than that a day of people and paperwork.

I did manage to get out for a run when i got in. A slow and short one but good all the same. I've got out of the habit, which is starting to show.
