... in the Kawarau River. Twenty-two walkers set off from Old Cromwell Town and walked along the river to the Bannockburn Bridge and back, followed by a hot coffee in Old Cromwell Town. An enjoyable, companionable day. Two extras: some shags on a log and our lunch spot.
