Common Darter

Always a bit sad to have a last day in Cornwall but it's been a good one.  Whilst Mr T went flying I had a wander round the country lanes and footpaths and saw lots of Butterflies, some Butterfly love and a very handsome Common Darter dragon.  The sun shone, the bees buzzed and the birds sang and to finish off a lovely day our hosts flew back a day early from France and we've had a wonderful evening together - Glasses of bubbly to celebrate their homecoming and S and I knocked up a very tasty supper.  There was lots of catching up to do, followed by an essential hour with Captain Poldark who, apart from doing a lot of other things,  was rescuing miners out of the cave on Holywell Beach. our beach!!.
