Walk to Kirk
Return to the familiar
St Ninian’s Parish Church in Stonehouse has been calling worshippers to service every Sunday since 1897
Much has changed over the years, dress, hymns, order of service. The pipe organ from 1922, in memory of those who gave their lives in the Great War, is still in situ but sadly no longer in use.
The church has evolved over time but importantly remains the centre of the community for Births, Deaths, Marriages and much much more.
