Well Dressed Mannequin About Town

An odd day.  It rained a bit but it never got cool.  And I wondered what this mannequin was supposed to say.

Maybe it isn't a mannequin, maybe it's a real person and he's just waiting for his jalopy and then they'll be off for a trip to the golf course.

And maybe the heat has got to me more than I thought.
