Gently down the stream

Yellow loosestrife

..Lysimachia vulgaris

I blipped this down by the river today.  When I first lived here you saw very little of it, but now it's thriving, I think because the reeds have been rather thinned out by the Nature Trust's cows.  Pretty, isn't it?

For the rest, I've spent hours and hours deleting photos off my computer and transferring the ones I'm keeping onto a pair of external hard-drives.  Who'd have thought I could have taken quite so many pictures?  Well. any blipper, I guess  ;-))

Apart from that, this blip is nudging me to remind you that WFW19_16 finishes at midnight, after which we'll be on to - not illogically - WFW19_17.

Have a great evening - and keep those wildflowers coming  xx
