Pause

John found an ancient tree trunk to sit on. We were in Astoria to watch a play  tonight, but decided to go early and spend most of the day there as well. It was really pleasant, even on the beaches. This is on the Columbia River side, Pacific Ocean is just around the corner. We walked and did beach clean up on both.
