weirdly I had hayfever all day at work then loads of energy for a 5 mile run round ellon at night while daisy went to the band. it was pretty hot and sweaty but I could have run for ages. here we are after when I discovered that even though I had forgotten my garmin, I could manually put my run in. kids in the park were giving each other wedgies with one wee boy in the bushes trying to get his pants out his bum and complaining that they had ripped them...then another shouted ‘jesus!’ at beefy. excellent...
