Still evening, South Uist.

I have taken lots of photographs today but , as sometimes happens, I still hadn’t decided on my blip as the sun set.

In this case , as I was driving back to the house in which we are staying , after having had dinner at the Orasay Inn at Loch Carnan.

Then I came round a corner and saw this - two Eriskay ponies on a small island in Loch Bee , reflected in the still water, with the misty mountains behind them.

Not only is the image, as I said yesterday, magical but I am sure this is the first time I have blipped horses on two consecutive days !
