Musical Interlude.

My Day:
I had lunch with one of the people I used to work with… very nice catching up as I’ve not seen them since January.
 
Cycling:
Day 17/92
Bunked off training again… I’ve agreed to start the ride with a group of fast boys’ tomorrow. It will be interested to see how long I last.
