Jumping George (Day 1543)

It has been a busy day. An early start to get the woofers walked before zooming to Stromness to collect George and take him to the riding school just outside Kirkwall.
My beautiful wife had booked a lesson for me, and around 10am I was ready to start my first ever riding lesson. It all went fairly well even though something spooked George and he went from walk to gallop in an instant, depositing me on the floor in the process. First riding lesson, first fall off. 
I zoomed home after my lesson and took the dogs out to Lyde. It was a bit warm for them, and they spent a while wallowing in every bit of water they could find. 
A quick lunch at home, then back to the riding school to watch HV having a jumping lesson. George clearly enjoys jumping as much, if not more than HV.
