New Kitchen
Family day today and this morning Miss42 and I built her new kitchen. She absolutely loves it!
Good to do something chilled and 'at home' today after 3 hours in A&E yesterday afternoon with Miss42.
I was thinking about getting a train home yesterday mid-afternoon when I got a call from a slightly frazzled Mrs42. Miss42 had suddenly started crying and couldn't move her arm and was holding on to her hand.
Well, after seeing a nurse, doctor, radiologist for x-rays and then a nurse practitioner and finally a consultant it was diagnosed as a pulled (or dislocated) elbow. The odd thing was that she hadn't been doing anything strange (ie; being lifted by her arms) immediately before then.
So after a three hours of mild wailing and sitting about, the consultant popped it back in in about 20 seconds. She was using it again and happy almost before he left the room.
A very relieved (if a little worn out) Mrs42 and 42.
As you can see in this she's using both hands fine!
