A Swiss raclette......

....bought for us by our Swiss friends.
Something a bit different - cooking on a Himalayan salt block! A bit of an acquired taste as the salt transfers to the food therefore definitely no added salt needed!
The instructions say that when the block has worn down it can be grated and used as salt!!
