Rusty boats

I went to the Puffin Pool with Anne.Her grand daughter, who used to come to Brownies when I first started ,got married last week.She designed her own dress , the bridesmaids dresses and the cake , all looked amazing :) Anne could not go as her daughter and family live in America but she is planning to go in September when it’s less hot and her second great grandchild will be born.
A hot sunny morning that was actually hot and not humid soon changed to a very humid afternoon and the clouds rolled in.
Mike has laid some more fibreglass in the loft, it’s been boiling up there the last few days but today there was a breeze so a bit more bearable.
We went for an early evening drive to see the Tall ship Thalassa moored off of Newhall Point.The lighting was too poor for a descent photo so these rusty boats , further along the coast, provided me with today’s blip.
They seem to be doing some work there as areas were fenced off and a heel of rusty pieces were piled together under a big digger.
