Changing rooms and a castle

I’ve missed over a week at the lido. I’ve swam most days since then but all in non-heated pools, lakes and the sea. Was oddly warm, after 40 lengths I decided my swimming hat was actually a winter swimming hat and had to take it off. It was a lovely swim, the pool was nicely not busy which made the flashy crawl man constantly swimming in my bimbling lane all the more annoying if I let things like that annoy me.
