Time to Yourself
I didn't want to go anywhere today, I just wanted to chill.
A session on the turbo trainer this morning. As well as improving my fitness, I want to make sure I don't put on any more weight, which of course will affect my blood pressure, and which of course affects the kidneys.
Rest of the day has been reading, Netflixing and a bit of research.
Good to have time to myself.
