Lovely in Lavender

Having someone new here gives me the chance to return to the lavender fields.  We were thrilled to see this little one and her mum arrive at the same time as us for a little photo session. Initially, she was not thrilled with the idea of walking among the lavender bushes as it was humming with the sound of the honey bees (first extra).  Eventually, with the gentle persuasion bribery of jelly beans that were doled out one at a time from a jar, she began to pose for  her mum.  In the second extra, I got a cheeky little smile from her.  Another family arrived with two little ones in white but their daughter chose to throw sand in the air  ; )

Gorgeous day here and the day is young!  We must go see what else we can get up to....
