Queen Anne's Lace

It's hot but overcast today, so not as bad as it would be if the sun was out. We went to the park to walk a bit, and the Queen Anne's Lace is everywhere, its' flowers looking so beautifully full!  
The  USAF Thunderbirds have arrived! How do I know? I can hear them flying over the house and would be able to see them if it were clear. The airshow is at the Lakefront this weekend, & while I won't have time to go watch it,  I'm hoping I'll have time to run over to the airport to see them  either taking off or landing. I did that when the Blue Angels came a couple of years ago and it was really exciting.
