New Year's Eve Dinner at Akbar's

Strictly speaking, this is meant to be a 'photo a day' journal for 2013, but I'm leading in with a New Year's Eve image.

My intention is that this photo journal will follow (and occasionally break) some simple principles

a) each photograph will be an image of a person or people I have met during the day
b) each photograph will be black and white (or possibly monochrome)
c) each photograph will be a landscape format with a 3:2 aspect ratio

This particular image is of my partner Lisa and her enormous nan (you can make your own jokes). Akbar's is one of our favourite indian restaurants and we ate there before closing 2012 at the cinema. Jack Reacher is a pretty good action thriller and Tom Cruise looks impossibly young in it....
