lazy day
one of our family left us...dave headed back south before work starts tomorrow.
we dont like leaving :(

the rest of the day was lazy and quite
but lovely

read a few journals for my uni work
started my 'healthy eating'
and 'lots of water drinking' plan

and tidied the house a bit too since the parents arent very well :(

i enjoyed this delicious drink this afternoon as my treat for the day
