New Years Day

Happy New Year ! Finally after 11 days the sun came out and the colours everywhere were stunning so I guess its a little ironic I have gone for a B&W today. This was taken during a short walk down the the Thames to see the flooding in Datchet. It has started to recede a bit but the park bench is still a long way from being sat on. I love New Years Day. All the pressure is off, a fresh year awaits and it is normally a time when you can take it a bit easier and allow the hangover to melt away. New years resolutions include blip more, go and see Ansel Adams Exhibition, complete the January Dryathalon, get a New Job and survive !
