More Fun With the VBS Photo Jeep!

It seems that Debbie was telling us all about how she could "drive" the jeep whenever she wanted to, because she knew the cop on duty and he would never arrest her----famous last words!  He cuffed her on the spot----right after he checked to make sure that he had the key to the cuffs to release her when he was assured she would not do it again........
