Countdown 34 days before KJ comes home

Well another early start with a run at 6:30 and then a 1 km swim up at Crystal Palace. But what a surprise in day firstly in the internal post at work I got this certificate for leading the efforts on a recent murder.

This was followed later in the day with an email saying that a family has nominated me for the national health heroes award 2019. Won’t have a cat in hells chance in winning this not when I consider all the other work that so many do, but it’s a lovely nomination.

Nice to be appreciated even if it’s just what you’re called to do. Which I could never do without the love and support of my family and especially KJ. Talked with KJ today and she seems to be enjoying herself which I’m really pleased because she deserves it.
