The 3 Amigos go bareback riding

We drove up country today to Cotehele a NT property near Calstock to have a blipmeet with one of my favourite Blippers, Madchickenwoman.  She was there at Cotehele to meet us with Oscar and we had a cup of tea together in the gardens.  It was such a hot and humid day so MCW took Oscar home to have a cool down whilst we explored the lovely Tudor House with all its amazing tapestries and then a wander around the beautiful gardens and a walk through the woods down to the Quay.  Much cooler down there and Mr T was interested in the boat restoration going on. 

 
Then off to see MCW in her gorgeous home, so full of interesting and exciting treasures collected over the years.  She made us a delicious cream tea and then we walked down the village to the quay to take some photos with The Three Amigos who are currently staying with MCW and to include the imposing Tamar Viaduct in the background.  Mr T was in charge of the camera and I think he did a good job!

It was lovely to see you again MCW and to meet the very handsome Oscar.  We think he’s a really lovely boy and so friendly with us and everyone else too.  Thank you for my lovely gift of the Hare tile* representing the 3 H’s :  Health, Hope and Happiness – I shall treasure it, and also for the bounty and eggs from your allotment.  Take good care of yourself and have a lovely weekend at the Festival.
