Haven't seen Linda for a few years, she's still the same crazy old Bowie loving bird that I've always known.


I have had a lovely day, we drove over to Hackness which is north-west of Scarborough.
Tis a beautiful area with some seriously steep roads -nearly too much for my vertigo to handle!
We called in to a pub at Cloughton for a quick drink... Freebee, landlady far too busy and forgot to charge us!
We have a rule where money is concerned, we have three places where we will correct any shortfall and be sure of paying our way:
Our village shop.
Our village pub.
The Jolly Farmers at Leavening.
The rest... sorry they need to get their acts together .

Aaaand for a very lovely change, no rain today, instead we had lots of blue skies!
