Empanadas

Bought a suitcase full of empanadas back to celebrate our homecoming (a slight exaggeration - and actually mainly because we knew we'd not be bothered to cook anything when we got in) only to find that Katie had rustled up a welcome home batch of, wait for it, empanadas...!

And, no offence to Pasteleria Agusti, but Katie's were better...
