Shinrin Yoku*
It was lovely that my granddaughter joined us on our dogwalk this morning. We went fairly early to beat the heat and my daughter chose a nice route largely in shade and through the woods. On the way home feisty Frankie dog went for a long swim in the lake while Ollie dog paddled.
Ollie and I spent the afternoon in our special shady place by the southerly boiler house. I just sat and waited until something interesting appeared. I was pleased when this migrant hawker dragonfly flew in. (Extras)
