Playing Hide And Seek With PD?

No idea how many he was counting up to - but he was there for ages.

04.30 this morning Jay kicked open the bedroom door and then walked all over me purring like a Harley Davidson. Every time the thunder clapped He got up and started the process again. He is lucky he survived to breakfast time.

PD's paw was obviously acting up and he didn't really want to go for a walk. He made it to the trees along the road - the ones where the ivy has been cut and has died on one and not the other ……… very weird.

When Squirrel arrived she was delighted to show off her missing teeth. She then started pulling faces and looking like the monster she can be.

The wall to wall sunshine across the country isn't. It clears up for a while - and then the clouds come back. It is killing SWMBO's head.
This shot shows the difference  a few inches and slight angle change with a fisheye lens makes.

I needed a passport style picture for an old git's a senior citizen's railcard (for heading to Cornwall in a few weeks for my annual photographic get together) - so I got The Cygnet to take one. He did a not too bad job.

We went out for a drink this afternoon. Of course the monsters wanted an ice-cream as well. Squirrel cleaned her face afterwards …. This was the 'after'. The Cygnet wasn't as bad.
Whilst SWMBO went looking for (and failing to find) a doorstop …. to keep Jay put of the bedroom the monsters and I went to look at the fish.

I was given a surprise gift today from the H's for acting as taxi driver to and from the airport for them ………… a very nice bottle of whisky.
That rounded off the day nicely.
