Rose

Another bloom on my rose bush....
It has been extraordinarily hot - luckily I wasn't outside much. 

Today, after years of pointing out that Risk 'Strategies' weren't actually Risk Strategies, I presented mine at committee - and it passed with compliments. Hugely pleased. It really feels that we are building more logic and expectation into the system. Now I just have to deliver on the strategy... that might be a little more challenging... but then strategies are supposed to be challenging … aren't they?
