Painting Pastry Peroxide

It would be nigh on impossible to predict that on arriving home from work today, I’d find NoaNoa using a pastry brush to paint peroxide onto his friend’s hair.

It actually worked quite well but I’m hoping the parents don’t hold me responsible.
