Melting Away

I took the original of this photo at 00.01 this morning. It seemed to symbolise the melting away of 2012 leaving the candle holder ready to hold a new light to 2013.

The photo was taken on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I simply cropped it and added a slight lomo effect.

One of my resolutions for 2013 is to Blip daily throughout the year and try to keep a daily photo diary - the very reason Blipfoto was created of course.
