Sunny evening

I didn't like any of the potential blips I took during the day, so Mabel obliged by posing on the bench in the evening sunshine.

She also earned her keep by offering watchdog duties this morning when I had to go out, first to check out a one-night house-sit coming up in a couple of weeks, then to have lunch in The Clachan with pal Christina.

When I got back I took Mabel up to the football park for a bit of exercise because she seems reluctant to walk near home, but she was quite happy to have a romp around on the grass in the park. 

Phew, it's been uncomfortably warm today....
