Supermarket...

Today would have been my weigh-in day for blubber busters but I had an unexpected trip to Auld Reekie (or Edinburgh for the uninitiated). This means that I am separated from my scales. I'll be re-united with them by Thursday so you'll get the news then. All in all though, I think my new eating less is doing well. The exercising more bit hasn't been too productive but I'm getting there. More about all of that on Thursday.

Today's blip was taken in Waitrose - as you may have noticed. It's my favourite supermarket and I really want them to open in Glasgow.
